HOT TOPICS!

Greetings!

It’s that time of year again for the “2024 Back to School Extravaganza!” This event grows bigger and better every year. As always, we would love for your company/organization to participate in the excitement. Attached is the Vendor Registration form, which is due by July 10, 2024. NO SALES ALLOWED!!! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Alexia Bridges at abridges@cscbroward.org.

The annual Back to School Extravaganza includes opportunities for parents to sign up for services such as Florida KidCare, SNAP benefits, and much more! Free immunizations, vision and dental screenings, and other resources will also be available on-site. Previously, we’ve provided approximately 8,000 children with new, filled backpacks, and this year, we aim to serve up to 9000 with uniforms, underwear, socks, and shoes as well!

Please note: Each event draws nearly 4000 families throughout the day. Prepare your information and giveaways accordingly.

*Be aware that all submissions may not be approved for every site based on accommodation limitations*

The Guy Harvey Foundation presents the Second Annual International Ocean Film Festival Fundraiser, which was made possible through a generous donation from JM Family Enterprises, Surfing’s Evolution & Preservation Foundation, the City of Deerfield Beach, Brightmark, Open Water, and Tervis.

The event’s raffle and silent auction will support the Guy Harvey Foundation’s education and outreach initiatives. Funds raised from the event will help provide Broward County students with hands-on STEAM experiences in partnership with Broward County Parks and the City of Deerfield Beach.
