The CSC is expecting to budget approximately $2,000,000 in FY 21/22 for the Healing and Empowering All Living with Trauma (HEAL Trauma) RFP. The intent of the HEAL Trauma RFP is to address the negative impacts of trauma and provide resources to allow those impacted to increase protective factors and build resiliency.
Completed applications must be submitted through CAPS by 4:00 pm on August 4, 2021. LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
A virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on June 22, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. via Zoom. This will be the only opportunity to receive verbal instructions regarding the RFP. Register for the conference HERE.
The procurement is available through CSC’s web-based Contract Administration and Procurement System (CAPS) and responses to this procurement must be submitted through CAPS. Training on the use of CAPS will take place during the Pre-Bid Conference.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Application submission through CAPS requires that the “Agency Financial Viability” section of CAPS be submitted PRIOR to the RFP application submission. This section must be submitted by the deadline in order to have the ability to submit an RFP application. The deadline for the submission of the “Agency Financial Viability” section is July 9, 2021, by 4:00 p.m.

Independent Programmatic Consultant (Seasonal)
The Independent Programmatic Consultant will be responsible for performing qualitative programmatic reviews of CSC-funded out-of-school time (OST) programs and services under the oversight of CSC Program Services staff. Consultants must participate in mandatory training to ensure understanding and compliance with all CSC programmatic review protocols. During specific times identified by CSC, throughout the school year and summer, consultants will independently schedule site visits and perform reviews in accordance with CSC policies and procedures, complete all required programmatic instruments and activities and submit accurate, timely, and comprehensive program reviews for each assigned site.
Independent consultants shall be responsible for meeting all IRS requirements and having access to a computer, Microsoft Office software, and internet accessibility to complete all assignments. Requires the minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or related field and two (2) years or more of successful experience working with children and youth.
