By December 31st, we raised $92,900 in individual donations and major gifts for our annual campaign, which included proceeds from our Circle of Friends.
Special Thanks to the Tate Family Foundation
The Tate Family Foundation, a fund at the Community Foundation of Broward, generously provided a $35,000 matching grant for HUF’s Bridge Program, in honor of HUF’s 35th Anniversary. The grant was further matched by the Community Foundation of Broward County.
HUF’s Board of Directors accepted this two-to-one challenge to raise funds for this grant and used the opportunity to launch the Circle of Friends. We are deeply grateful to the Tate Family for supporting a program that helps clients receive job training and job placement for 21st century careers, as well as creating a springboard for HUF’s individual giving program.
