THE BEST KEPT SECRET IN WESTON
Every Monday at 7:30 pm at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 580 Indian Trace Park Weston, Fl 33326, a group of people from this community meet rain or shine to improve themselves at the Weston Area Toastmaster Club. They practice Public Speaking and Leadership; members improve their self-confidence, learn by practicing the art of public speaking, and even their job interviews skills. Many of them had found better jobs, improved their social, and personal life thanks to this program. “It’s a fun environment where anyone even the shyest person can learn how to conquer the number one fear in America: Public Speaking” said Nayibi Naranjo the immediate past President of the club. Everyone can attend the meeting as a guest and experience the way the program works. To join you only need to pay $72.00 for a six months membership that is only $12 a month and $3.00 a meeting. This club also sponsors every summer a FREE Toastmaster Youth program for kids from 10 to 17 years every Saturday for 8 weeks at the Weston Library.

I joined this club two years ago to improve my English and I found a place where you can grow as an individual in so many ways. I have improved my English. I found a better job. I was able to find a better salary. All because I found the power of my voice and the confidence; to ask for my true value as an employee. I learned this through Toastmasters my English has improved so much but my Spanish is a little weak now; therefore with the help of Weston Area Toastmaster club and Keller Williams Weston as sponsor we are promoting another beautiful initiate for the residents of Weston. The Keller Williams Bilingual Toastmaster Club meets every other Wednesday at 1625 N Commerce Parkway Ste 325 at 7:30 pm the purpose of this club is to help Spanish speakers improve on the English Language and also for the English speakers to learn Spanish. We have young members whose first language is Spanish and are joining to develop their native language because they forget it. Weston Toastmaster has been in Weston for 30 years, helping the community and their members to become better leaders for their families and for the city.
