IF YOU CAN NO LONGER ATTEND

CSC’s Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least five business days before training will receive a full credit towards another CSC-sponsored training. CSC does not provide refunds. If you can no longer attend training, please email trainingsupport@cscbroward.org with your name, title of training, and training date. Someone from our team will cancel your registration.

Please Note: CSC reserves the right to suspend future training opportunities for participants who show a pattern of last-minute cancellations or not showing up to training.

TRAINING POLICY

Training Fees:

  • Online fees: $10 for 3 hours or more
  • In-person fees: $10 half day (3-3.5 hours); $20 full day (6-7.5 hours)

Payment Policy:

  • To prevent cancellations, please pay two weeks before the training date.

* CSC does not issue refunds.

Late Policy & Other Information:

  • If you arrive 15 minutes late to the CSC building for in-person training, you will not be allowed to enter and will be marked as a no-show. If you miss more than 15 minutes in a 2-hour virtual training or 20 minutes in a 4-hour virtual training, you will receive partial attendance or no credit, depending on the amount of time missed.
  • A credit will be issued if cancellation is more than five business days before the training.
  • Participants who register for training and do not attend three times in a fiscal year (October 1 – September 30) may lose the opportunity to attend CSC training.
  • “Funded” participants who cancel less than five business days before training or don’t attend training will lose their status if incidents occur more than three times in a fiscal year (October 1 – September 30) and will be required to pay for future CSC training.

The Children's Services Council of Broward County (CSC) is an independent taxing authority established by voter referendum in 2000 and reauthorized in 2014. The CSC's mission is to provide leadership, advocacy, and resources necessary to enhance the lives of the children of Broward County and empower them to become responsible, productive adults through collaborative planning and funding of a continuum of quality care.
